Product Description
The original gown was worn by Mrs. Elizabeth Allen Deas and possibly purchased in Britain in 1769-1771. It features close fitted bodice with 3/4 sleeves. The bodice originally had two whale bone stays in the back. The original petticoat did not survive and was drafted from Bradfield's Costume in Detail and Waugh's The Cut of Womens Clothes.
