I have been in and around costuming for 20 years now, starting in Renaissance faires and theatrical training with community theater. I created this company four years ago to help fellow costume enthusiasts find great patterns and other accessories for their costume needs. About The Patterns
Patterns for historical and fantasy costuming fulfill different needs and requirements for each period and skill level. I have gone through the patterns and I have researched the use of patterns by real time costumers. By looking at instructions in each pattern, I have given indications as to which level of sewing may be required. The levels are : Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. However, there are no hard and fast rules. We all have a unique approach to our passions for costume and the arts.

We take returns for store credit unless the item is defective. If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact us for a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Patterns are not returnable.
Returns are very limited on the following items:
Hair Pieces,Cut Boning,and yardage goods.

Please note: If you order online and don't provide accurate phone numbers and addresses, this may delay your shipment. If I cannot get a hold of you when there is an issue with your order, it won't get there on time.
We ship to the USA, Canada, Great Britain, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand. These are the countries we have the most success with and get packages to in good order.

You must pay shipping prior to your order being sent.
We can ship US Mail, UPS at this time. Overnight shipping is considerably higher in our area. Please contact in advance.
Shipping is handled via First Class/USPS priority mail by default. Priority mail will take up to 4 days delivery, but in most cases takes 2-3. For larger hard to handle items, like bonnets and hats, we send these UPS as they have a better record with getting it there in good order and at the best price. Shipping fees by US Postal Services have made it so that 13 oz bumps to Priority Mail. Paper is heavy. Many of the patterns have a lot of paper.
Shipping rates are based on amount spent, allowing for the rates published by USPS and distance shipped from us. As some patterns are heavier than others, we have to account for weight and zone. UPS is a possiblility and sometimes a better price. I will try for the better price.
Shipping Rush Orders starts at $25.00 in our area, and the most reliable is USPS Express. Handling fees may apply.
